Derby County Community Trust U11s tornament

Well done to our Year 5 and 6 football team who took part in the DCCT Under 11's competition at the Powerleague Soccerdome  on Thursday 18th January. We started really well with 2 wins against Derby High school and Redwood. We then faced Rolliston and Ashbourne and unfortunately lost both games. This meant we came 3rd in our group and did not go through to the quarter final stage. This was the first time that the boys had played together and they were absolutely superb. Mr Turner and Mrs Brundish were incredibly proud of every one of them . Special mentions go to Karum for a superb Captains performance and Harrison Pollard, who was chosen by Mr T and Mrs B as player of the tournament for his key role in each game.
