FS2 Trip

On 21st March, Robins and Wrens went on a trip to Ash End House Children's Farm near Tamworth. We were so excited to go and see some of the animals we had been learning about for our question 'Does everything grow?' When we arrived, we met the farmers who would be showing us round the farm - we saw lots of different animals, including some baby piglets! Then we were lucky enough to be able to hold some baby chicks as well as collect some eggs for us to take home. We also fed oats to the goats and milk to the lambs. After our lunch, we played on the giant bouncy pillow which was lots of fun! We'd had such an exciting day that lots of us went to sleep on the coach on the way home.
