The Big Battery Hunt has been a
huge success. As a school, we collected
over 23,000 batteries for recycling. We
needed several collections and the container was always full.
Thank you so much to everybody who took part -
it was wonderful to see how enthusiastic the children are about protecting our
environment. Many children wrote about
why they think it is important to recycle batteries on their collection sheets.
