Year 3 Monkeys
On Tuesday 4th July, Year 3 went to Trentham Monkey Forest.
We had lots of fun learning all about the Barbary Macaques and watching them in their natural habitat. We even saw a baby as young as 2 weeks old. Chris Evans from Radio 2 breakfast show was so impressed about the children doing something new, he even featured Ted on his show!

French Week
During week commencing 26th July, pupils across the school enjoyed a range of activities around all things French! From singing French songs and enjoying eating a French breakfast with friends to learning all about French landmarks and French artists and of course learning lots of new French vocabulary. The week ended with a super French cafe in the hall where parents and families were invited to share in our learning. Tres bien les enfants!
Year 2 visit
On Thursday 29th July, Year 2 enjoyed visiting the Sikh Gurdwara Temple and learning about the founder of Sikhism and their important symbols. We were made to feel extremely welcome and enjoyed trying yummy food that the volunteers at the Temple had prepared and made. What a super time we all had!
